Today we had the honor of speaking with Roy and Sandra Ross, creators of Keto Konduct! This power couple learned about the ketogenic diet years ago, and have been passionate about sharing their wisdom ever since! We discussed a wide range of topics about their diet, what they recommend, what to feed the kiddos, and how to get started! Ironically, we knew that they lived in our state, but we didn't know that we could literally see their house from ours, so we are hoping to get our hands on the amazing meals that they post! We were grateful to learn from them.
