Today I’m speaking with Certified Sports Nutritionist Elizabeth Inpyn - she has a Masters of Science (in applied Exercise Science in Sports Nutrition) and she’s also certified by the International Society Of Sports Nutrition, as well as a plant-based certification from the T.Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
