Physical Wellbeing is a common term that is used today. But what does God have to say about it? In this message, Moses looks at the story of Elijah in 1 Kings 19, to show us that God takes an interest in our physical wellbeing, and therefore we should too. God supplies all that we need to enhance it – food, rest and exercise. And because of the Lord Jesus’ triumph over death, physical wellbeing need not be and end in itself, because we too will conquer death through our union with Him.
