Her professional experience at Amazon and Nerdy gave her the tools, confidence and resources to get it done. And she draws on her experience as a trans woman to empathize with marginalized people.

Joon is gaining traction, including a recent partnership with the city of Seattle to provide access to online mental healthcare for teens and young adults.
