Investors' Big Question: Is the Fed Done Cutting Interest Rates?

On WSJ’s Take On the Week, co-hosts Gunjan Banerji and Telis Demos discuss Wall Street’s reaction to President Donald Trump’s inauguration and his slew of executive orders.
