Phil Lyman is a candidate for Utah Governor that recently won the Republican Convention by a 2-1 margin. Lyman currently represents the 69th district in the Utah House of Representatives. He has also served as San Juan County Commissioner and in 2020 received a full pardon from President Trump for misdemeanor conspiracy to trespass for an ATV ride he led to protest federal land management policies.
