Crowe discusses some of the techniques Polaris uses to untangle what can be complex networks of abuse, and how it then works with law enforcement to act on what is discovered. She also explains how Polaris partners with the tech industry on both tools and training, the double-edged sword of the internet, and need for better methods of gathering and formatting web text.
