E25 Nutritional Light Technology to Reduce Risk of the Mal-Illumination Epidemic with Ken Cedar

Ken is the Executive Director of the non-profit Science of Light (SOL) a 501(c)3 founded in 2012. Their mission is to raise awareness of mal-illumination; a term coined by John Ott to describe a contemporary health condition that’s akin to malnutrition. He is the past founder and CEO of Ott Light Systems. John Ott inspired Ken’s lifelong passion for light and its effects on human health and behavior. In this episode Ken shares his story, experience working with the famous time-lapse photographer John Ott, and SolShine.
