Dr. Tracey Meyers has 24 years of experience in the fields of clinical psychology and integrative medicine. She is the author of the book: Yin Yoga Therapy and Mental Health and has contributed several book chapters on yoga, addiction, and psychotherapy. Her research focuses on mindfulness and yoga for mental health and traumatic brain injury. In addition to her work as a clinical psychologist, Tracey has a strong commitment to integrative medicine. She is an E-RYT 500-hour yoga teacher, certified yoga therapist, certified MBSR instructor, and certified iRest and Breath-Body-Mind teacher.
