What do we do when we feel resistance? It’s important to point out that ALL of us experience resistance at some point in our lives, and it seems ALWAYS to be a struggle. That said, we can reframe resistance so we can think about it from a totally new perspective and break free from old judgments or preconceived notions we’ve had about resistance.
