My Guest today is Anette Lyons-Evans. She is a Mom of two, Principal and Managing Partner of Talie Investments with her husband Ryan. Anette is responsible for sourcing deals, ensuring asset performance and overseeing its management.
Anette is an experienced real estate investor, with property management experience and a commercial architect currently residing in South Florida.
A native of Lima, Peru , Anette moved to Florida to fulfill her life dream of studying abroad. She transferred, receiving her Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. In her 18 years in architecture, Anette has acquired a broad range of experience in architectural design and effective project management on a wide variety of project types. She is known for being highly organized and an excellent coordinator of construction documents. Her confident leadership and innovative building and planning solutions make her very effective at identifying unique value-add opportunities in real estate investing. She has quickly grown her personal portfolio to 12 units in the South Florida Area.
Anette balances a young growing family with her robust career, property management and growing investment portfolio.
