In the lead up to the United Soccer Coaches Convention this week in Baltimore, Gary talks with Scottish FA Head of Coach Education & Development, Greig Paterson. After recently hosting a Midfield Masterclass with Paul Scholes, Darren Fletcher and Scott Brown, Gary wanted to get Grieg's perspective on if we should place more emphasis on the perspective of players at the highest level.
