Allen shared with us his journey into design, starting more than 20 years ago and working in top companies such as Google, Facebook, Apple and Ebay. He's been for 4 years now at Pinterest, where he manages the growth design team. We also dived into the current state of Growth Design on tech companies and talked about the future of this role.
