Ordained to the Christian ministry in 1989, Dr. Thomas's journey to this role is a testament to his dedication and passion. He is committed to building equality for all beings through activism and addressing social issues. He puts his devotion to work by leading a congregation with a primary outreach to the LGBTQ+ community…

As a native of Bournemouth, England, Dr. Thomas worked as the Senior Pastor of two Metropolitan Community Churches: MCC Bournemouth, England and Founders Metropolitan Community Church, Los Angeles. In addition to his work as a pastor, he is also a widely regarded speaker and contributor to local, national and international conversations around the intersectionality of faith, color, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation.
