POSTCAST: Super Bowl Hangover Continues as 49ers Fall to Mahomes and the Chiefs

The San Francisco 49ers have now slipped below .500 after falling 28-12 to the Kansas City Chiefs at Levi's Stadium in week seven of the NFL season. Brock Purdy played possibly his worst game as a pro, as he only completed 50% of his passes and tossed three interceptions and no passing touchdowns. He was without top pass catchers Deebo Samuel (illness) and Brandon Aiyuk (injury) for the majority of this game and struggled without them. It is worth noting that Brock Purdy did manage to rush for two touchdowns in this one. Jordan Mason had his lowest rushing output of the season as the Kansas City Chiefs stout run defense flexed its muscles.
