SOSIAY: The Story of Joshua as a Great Adventure

This week, Dr. Joel mentions the narrative of the story of Joshua. What happens in this story is like a great adventure in which God guides Joshua with the purpose of reclaiming the land of Canaan. God sends them on a military responsibility.

The Book of Joshua gives the sense that God calls his people to full obedience. But there is a danger lurking in these lands, who are the gods of the nations.

Entering the book of Joshua we also see that the book of Jasher is mentioned, but what is the book of Jasher? Finally, we see in the New Testament a story in the Book of Luke that deals with a Pharisee from the religious elite and a woman who considers herself a sinner.
