50. How We Can Be Helpful While Quarantining with Maria Menounos

There are so many heroes around the world doing what they can to help right now. Dimitria Murphy is one of them. She is a long time friend of mine and native of Somerville, MA and has owned a restaurant in Somerville since 2012. Her restaurant is Daddy Jones Bar and they are doing something incredible during this time of crisis. They started a go-fund-me to help local families with food donations. I know we’re all taking social distancing very seriously, but a lot of us still want to help. Dimitria is providing us some inspiration and we’re also going over updates from the White House and around the world, and providing a list of ways to manage your quarantine anxiety.
