Todd Whitting is the head baseball coach at The University of Houston. In his career be has been a part of programs that have won 21 conference regular-season and tournament championships, competed in 17 NCAA Regionals, six NCAA Super Regionals and one NCAA College World Series.
Coach Whitting is one of the most respected coaches in the game. Before the coronavirus cut the 2020 season short, his team won at least 32 games in 7 consecutive seasons.
Throughout his career he has coached or signed six first round draft picks and 17 Major Leaguers including nine at Houston. He’s also a husband and father of five. I’ve worked with Coach Whitting closely since 2006 and in this podcast we discuss:
