We connected several years ago at an event where we both were speaking at, and stayed in touch afterwards. Aoife’s created several beautiful children’s books over the last decade, many of which have been shortlisted for best children’s books each time in Ireland. We speak about Aoife’s journey of self-discovery a number of years ago that led Aoife finding out that they were autistic, and what this meant to her.
