Laura Phelan is a Transformational Therapeutic Coach and speaker (specialising in food, body, and life freedom) and the founder of Phelan Well.
Since her recovery from Anorexia 15 years ago, her mission has been to help women realise that they do not need to spend their lives obsessing over food, their weight, or their bodies to be happy.
She helps women shift their deep-rooted negative beliefs about food and their bodies, heal their relationship with food, fall in love with their bodies, reconnect to themselves and their spirituality and ultimately live a life of freedom so they can thrive and be free in all the ways they deeply desire!
