In today's episode I talk about exercise, how the current guidance for exercise and Long Covid can cause conflicting advice.
Exercise has been a huge part of my life for a long time, so this element of my life has been hugely impacted by Long Covid. I have always loved the way exercise make's you feel strong and obviously the mental and physical health benefits are immense.
I wanted to explore this a little and share my personal up's and downs with exercise since Long Covid entered my life, but also interestingly, how exercise was initially used as a part of my recovery plan in the early days.
I would say, everyone is different, pre covid and to date in terms of fitness, personal health and should always speak with a professional before completing any exercise.
