642. Stability Starts With You

Stability isn’t a political talking point, it’s a leadership principle. At the All In Summit in LA, I heard a line that stopped me in my tracks: “If the United States wants stability in the world, it must first be stable at home.” That truth doesn’t just apply to nations. It applies to you as a leader.

If you’re chaotic, reactive, or inconsistent, your business will reflect that. But if you’re steady, grounded, and disciplined, your team will follow suit. In this episode, I break down eight tactical ways to build stability at your core; anchoring in daily routines, cleaning up your finances, controlling your inputs, prioritizing health, repairing relationships, practicing emotional regulation, clarifying priorities, and debriefing quickly.

The big idea? You’re the thermostat, not the thermometer. You set the temperature. If you want a steady company, it starts with a steady leader.
