Liz McKean is a person in recovery, a yoga teacher, and the host of the Rise Recover Live Podcast alongside Bryce the Third. After years of struggling with anxiety and drinking, she discovered strength and sobriety on the yoga mat and soon found community with The Phoenix. In her current role at The Phoenix, Liz helps bring the sober, active community to people across the country and beyond through live-streaming events and digital gathering spaces. She also teaches yoga in her community and at a local treatment center. Her greatest joy is celebrating every person’s unique journey and the many pathways to recovery.
