Jeffrey Browne on creating a winning culture

What does it take to build a winning team? Jeff Browne is the President of Collingwood Football Club, and Chairman of Walkinshaw Group and MA Financial Group. Starting in sports law, Jeff was previously the Chairman at carsales.com, and Managing Director for the Nine Network. Perhaps most importantly though, Helen McCabe names Jeff as one of the few male mentors she has.
