As an employee, consultant and business owner, he had the great opportunity to work with and for companies ranging from Startups to Enterprises. Ciprian builds products used by most of the Fortune 100 companies. For over 20 years he wrote software, recruited, coached and managed several hundreds of talented engineers, designers, and managers. He brought tens of products to life. And he loved (almost) every bit of this.

Currently, Ciprian is driving the Technology & Product Development strategy at Nordlogic Software, as its CTO.
