Nia is a pageant and life coach, a women's self-defense instructor, and a 4th degree blackbelt. We talk about the beauty pageant world and how it has changed since Nia competed. As a coach, Nia focuses on emotional and mental wellness, and getting her girls to feel confident and practice self love. She has a passion for helping women feel strong and empowered.
