Carl Hardwick is the CEO of OPEX Fitness, where movement becomes a way of life. With a remarkable background as a three-time All-Conference college football player and a former U.S. Army medic, Carl has dedicated his career to helping others discover their optimal fitness journeys.

Having transitioned from the gridiron and battlefields, Carl's unwavering commitment now extends to empowering individuals to thrive in all aspects of life.

Equipped with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, Carl furthered his expertise by learning from renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin. He obtained certifications such as PICP and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Carl's journey took an intriguing turn when he served as the head of the Army fitness program for his battalion, introducing him to OPEX Founder James FitzGerald. Impressed by the individual program design approach of OPEX, Carl pursued his education by completing CCP (Certified Coach Program). He subsequently opened multiple OPEX-licensed gyms, showcasing his commitment to providing personalized fitness experiences.
