We are joined this week by Dr. Christine Na to talk weight lifting and returning from injury. After a quick intro we get into how, like many coaches, an injury that she experienced impacted her education path. Having herself be a test subject was a great learning experience that truly drove her to passion of passing this on. This complete reevaluation of how she was moving, and deeper dive into how to get her issues “corrected” so she could continue to progress as a weight lifter.
