Dr. Laura Gallaher is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, USA Today best-selling author, and leadership coach. After the space shuttle Columbia exploded upon reentry in 2003, the NASA Kennedy Space Center hired Laura and a team of organizational psychologists to change the cultural influences that were deemed to play a role in the tragedy. She worked for eight years with NASA to positively influence the culture, develop leadership capacity, and improve organizational performance at Kennedy Space Center, and was then hired by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts to help manage radical changes with their performance management process and philosophy.
