131: Meg Doll on Eating Disorder Recovery, Moving on After a Broken Engagement, and Cultivating True Self-Love

Meg Dollis a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Restorative Wellness Practitioner, specializing in eating disorder recovery, mental health, and self love. After overcoming anorexia, Meg made it her life mission to empower women with the tools they need to love themselves fully and make friends with food. Meg works with women around the globe, offering comprehensive diagnostic testing as well as group coaching programs. She is also the host of The Unbreakable You podcast and founder of Nourished & Free, her global essential oil community where she supports women in using their inner wisdom to take care of themselves naturally and fall in love with themselves throughout the process!
