Fuelled by the notion of creating a better world for his kids, Taíno Bendz is an engineer, yoga teacher, author, and public speaker on a mission to inspire others to change their digital habits and live life fuller. He has founded the non-profit Phone Free Day and conducted research on the effect of digital technology on people. He brings experiences from traveling widely and living in countries like Bolivia, The US, Ireland, Zimbabwe, and New Zealand. Taíno lives in Sweden with his partner and two young sons and enjoys everything involving nature.
