Jake was part of the fastest men’s doubles team at the 2024 HYROX World Championships in Nice, (along with marcdean_), beating out a lot of very strong competition.

He was also the winner of the men’s pro in New York, he is a HYROX master trainer, and he completed an incredible 11 HYROX races in one weekend in London.

In this chat we talk about those achievements, all the work he does, his training, injury prevention and much more. He’s an impressive athlete who has a great future ahead of him in the sport and it was an absolute pleasure to be able to chat with him.
