Rescissions and reconciliation--a big week ahead for the Senate

The Senate is expected to release its version of the reconciliation bill this week, while it also takes up the House-passed rescission bill and tries to deal with foreign affair. WTOP Capitol Hill correspondent Mitchell Miller joins me to explain how they'll keep all of those plates spinning.
