Gabe is joining us for the third time and we appreciate his insights and updates on rates and perspectives from the Mortgage Banking side of things.  Gabe also shares from his own investing experience.

We dig into rate locks during this episode and learn lots about various options.

Overall, Gabe gives us the perspective that worrying about rates is mostly useless.  We can't control them.  We have to continue to look at the numbers and decide if they work for us or not.  Rates will rise and fall.  Keep buying when it makes sense, refinance when it makes sense, and let go of the worry and stress!
