We have Jeff Stapleton back on our show today, who is a barefoot lifetime runner, lifetime sports coach with a fantastic background in fitness and training, and he has some more great stories to tell us. Jeff talks about running in the middle of winter wearing basically nothing but shorts and the various health benefits he has experienced from this. Exercise can be done by anyone, even people who don’t like it very much, and all you have to do is start with something simple and small and first build the habit. Once that habit is established, you’ll start to find it’s a lot easier to slowly raise the effort you’re giving to that exercise, or even other aspects of your life. Jeff and Katie discuss the importance of thinking positively and winning the mental game to be able to reach your potential.
