He has assisted hundreds of lawyers in expanding their practices, enhancing their job satisfaction, and increasing their leadership effectiveness. Steve dedicated his legal career to helping lawyers in growing their practices and achieving success.

After law school, he worked for a nationally recognized CLE leader, where he developed hundreds of continuing education events. He received mediation training and has worked with some of the industry's pioneers in legal marketing.
