Europe’s struggle to prepare for armed aggression

With its ReArm EU plan, the European Commission wants to prepare the EU for a US military withdrawal from the bloc. Radio Schuman asked Euronews reporter Alice Tidey whether it can move swiftly enough, whether the proposal has garnered wide-spread support, and about the next necessary steps.
