Naihomy Jerez, is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in women’s hormone health, and dedicated to empowering high-achieving women of color. Her passion lies in guiding them to utilize food as a healing tool while building holistic health habits to live their best life. Naihomy began her own wellness journey after the birth of her second son, shedding 50 pounds without restrictions, maintaining her progress year after year, while honoring her foodie identity.

Motivated by her transformation, she launched her coaching business, driven by a desire to show her community that achieving health goals can be fun, simple, and sustainable. She's also the host of the WELLthy Generation Podcast, a podcast dedicated to the women of color who desire to be seen and guided by culturally relevant wellness stories, and break through societal pressures what wellness should look like.
