Kelsey Lensman On Self Confidence Through Self Trust and Pushing Your Hard

Kelsey Lensman is just a “normal girl on a big mission.” As a young female athlete, she appeared full of confidence to others but in her mind, she was insecure, quiet and afraid to step out of the box. Her identity was really challenged when chose her educational specialty over collegiate athletics. Through the process of weight training, she discovered that self-confidence is created through making and keeping promises to yourself every day. She is the now the founder of EmpowHER Fitness providing individual coaching and events that teach nutrition, fitness and mindset to challenge a community of women to do hard things, push their limits, and build true self-confidence.

She’s now ready to take on her next purpose driven mission, which is to complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days to raise money for ROX, Ruling Our Experiences, a 501c(3) that develops confident girls who control their own relationships, experiences, decisions, and futures.
