Hi friends, this episode is a bit different and 100% raw and unedited – I am coming to you this week with a heavy heart from my hotel room in Santa Barbara where I am evacuated from the LA fires. The episode that I had slated for this week didn’t feel aligned with what I am currently experiencing, so I wanted to record something new that is real raw, and honest where I share a bit about what it has been like in the midst of a natural disaster, what I'm doing to regulate myself, and how I'm using some of the manifestation tools that I often speak about on this podcast that are the right medicine for my specific situation. I hope that maybe for some of you, this episode gives you hope.
