Raise your awareness, the more you raise your awareness, the faster you will be able to get back to center, or your highest frequency.

One way that you can start raising your awareness is by spending a minimum of a minute day when you first wake up to find your highest frequency. You only get one action in a day, everything that happens after that is a reaction to that initial action.

Throughout the day, when you find yourself in ego-based consciousness, a heightened awareness will allow you to quickly be able to stop, drop back towards your highest vibration, and roll towards your potential.
