New Bill Grants Amnesty to Defense Contractors who Disclose Extraterrestrial Craft Secrets

The Senate Intelligence Committee recently approved a bill that - if it's included in the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act spending bill - would give amnesty to contractors who finally speak out about their knowledge of reverse engineering programs related to craft recovered from non-human intelligences.
