After a series of setbacks in life, including a divorce and the death of her mom, she was introduced to the world of coaching and found her second calling. She got her certification, attended live events, and totally immersed herself in the world of coaching.

She has learned so much about how to help others deal with the burdens life throws at all of us. Over six years of coaching people, she’s developed so much content that she created a membership site to make this information as accessible as possible.
