I sat down with Michael and we had a chat about his amazing 30+ year journey in martial arts, his 10 black belts, continuing his father’s work in training the US Military and US Special Forces and being part of www.skallywagtactical.com and www.eliteyou.com alongside Sgt Major Jack Nevils.

Michael has 24+ years of experience training the Special Operations Community in Close Combat and related tactical skill sets. He is responsible for training thousands of military personnel and has been contracted by units throughout all four branches of service within the U.S. Military. 



Michael has spent the last six years working with multiple defense contracting companies as a Close Combat and Force Protection SME; fulfilling the roles of Primary and Assisting Instructor for LE, DoD, AFSOC, ARSOF, and Celebrity clients.



He currently splits his time working on the Elite You and as a SME/Senior Instructor for Skallywag Tactical, and the Redeployed. 

Michael is a founding member of the Elite You, a virtual library dedicated to the idea that knowledge should be shared with those willing to seek it, and wisdom gained over a lifetime should be preserved for future generations.
