In this weeks Strength Chat, I was joined by the U125kg British All Time Record Holder, online coach and some may say the Worlds Strongest Golfer, Sam Bollands. It was awesome to have the opportunity to speak a lifter of Sam’s quality and hear his story of progressing in powerlifting in such a short space of time, as well as life away from powerlifting.
