Janice McQueen Ward is a Best Selling Author, Pageant Coach, and Podcast Host. She won her first pageant at 17 and went on to win over 10 major titles, most notably, Mrs. United States.

Janice's story - she battled a childhood trauma that led to a 15 year eating disorder. She overcame her body and food issues through self-care, and a healthy lifestyle. She now shares the healing powers of food, health, wellness, and a holistic way of approaching life.
