This week on the podcast we have the genius behind @thenutritiontea, Shana Minei Spence! Shana is an Intuitive Eating Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in New York. She wasn't always interested in nutrition though, she actually has a B.S in Fashion Merchandising. Well, it's an understatement to say that we are happy to have her as a fellow RD! In between laughs, we discuss setting boundaries on social media, how to choose between organic and non-organic food, and food accessibility. Shana is the perfect example of forgetting the haters and standing strong in her message.
