Question 1:

I finished my schooling and received my license October 1st 2020. I have been able to shadow the agents and learn a fair bit. Since I started October 1st I have got 1 end. This is from a friend from school and I helped her find her first home.

Since then I have spent a fair amount of money with advertising like website, my personal branding, social media posts, curated social, paperless agent, flyer drops, etc. and I have received no leads. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or it is what it is?
