Sometimes there’s just so much stuff rattling around inside your head that it’s hard to sit with one thought. Today I’m sharing the morning ritual I’ve been doing that has helped me extract all that noise from my brain and put it somewhere where a) I don’t have to think about it anymore and b) get some objectivity on those thoughts.
