Telekinesis Training with Sean McNamara

Sean McNamara is author of Defy Your Limits: The Telekinesis Training Method, Meditation X Telekinesis: The Mindfulness Method of Moving Matter With Subtle Energy and Intention, Renegade Mystic: The Pursuit of Spiritual Freedom Through Consciousness Exploration, and Signal and Noise: Advanced Psychic Training for Remote Viewing, Clairvoyance, and ESP. Here he explains how, as a meditation teacher, he came to see telekinesis (another term for psychokinesis) as a clearly visible way to demonstrate the psychic powers of the human mind. It took him many months to cultivate this ability himself; but it can often be imparted to others within a few hours. The deeper significance of telekinesis is about life empowerment.

New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in “parapsychology” ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980).
